Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Due to the nature of our services, which include the provisioning of virtual private servers (VPS) and software support, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the service has been activated or delivered. Our services involve the immediate allocation of resources and intellectual property, which cannot be returned or resold once utilized.
Refunds Are Not Provided for the Following Reasons:
1. Activation of VPS Services: Once a virtual private server is activated, it is considered used, and no refund can be issued.
2. Software Support and Technology Services: Due to the immediate nature of digital support and services provided, refunds are not available.
3. User Misunderstanding or Error: We encourage customers to carefully review their needs before making a purchase. Simpll LLC is not responsible for user errors, misunderstandings, or changes in circumstances after the purchase has been made.
Exceptions:
• Simpll LLC will only consider refunds in cases where a service was not delivered as specified due to errors solely attributable to Simpll LLC. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Simpll LLC.
