Simpll LLC Cancellation Policy

Simpll LLC offers subscription-based virtual private server (VPS) services on a month-to-month basis. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your subscription.

1. Subscription and Payment Terms:
• Our VPS services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is required at the beginning of each subscription period.
• Once payment has been received and the subscription period has started, the service is considered active for that month.

2. Cancellation Policy:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current subscription period.
• Upon cancellation, your VPS service will continue to be available until the end of the paid subscription period. After this period, your service will be terminated, and access to the server and related services will cease.

3. How to Cancel:
• To cancel your subscription, you can log into your Simpll LLC account and follow the cancellation process or contact our support team at support@simpll.net.
• Please ensure that you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

4. Important Notes:
• Failure to pay for the upcoming month’s subscription will automatically result in service suspension and termination.
• If you cancel your subscription but later wish to re-subscribe, a new subscription must be initiated, and server availability cannot be guaranteed.
